MANAGEMENT OF TALENTED PERSONS AS A SIGNIFICANT SUCCESS FACTOR

Summary

In the article are reviewed such issues in connection with management of talented persons as: the role and importance of highly qualified and capable people, that is, talented or gifted people at the current stage of economic development in increasing production efficiency, the conditionality of need for management of talented people, formation and principles of management of talented people and a management strategy. Special attention is paid to the consideration of such issues in connection with management of talented people as: search for highly qualified personnel, their attraction, selection, training, development, preservation and promotion. And finally, several offers are proposed, which, by the author’s opinion, will contribute to the training of highly qualified personnel and increase their efficiency.
